At Sim-Lab USA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your sim racing gear. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, resaleable condition.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repackage your items in their original factory packaging, ensuring all bolts, cables, and components are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship to Sim-Lab USA

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the package back to our designated US distribution center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
